TCG MIMIC is a competitive platform and ecosystem built for the TCG community. MIMIC brings together players, Creators, Pro Players and Creator & Pro Players, giving them a place to compete, participate in tournaments, build their competitive profile, trade cards and interact with stores and the wider TCG community. The platform combines: • competitive tournaments; • the MIMIC competitive circuit; • tournaments organized by Creators, Pro Players and Creator & Pro Players; • a regional marketplace; • Credits and tournament rewards; • partner stores; • seasonal competitive progression; • and, eventually, qualification paths toward the MIMIC Cup. The goal is to create a single ecosystem where competitive players and the people who build the TCG community can grow together.

MIMIC offers different tournament structures, including: • Always On tournaments, which automatically start when the required number of players is reached; • Open tournaments, which have a scheduled starting time; • tournaments organized by MIMIC; • tournaments organized by Creators, Pro Players and Creator & Pro Players. Each tournament page clearly shows its format, number of players, entry fee, structure, schedule and prize information.

An Always On tournament is a tournament that can fill and start automatically. Once the required number of registered players is reached, the tournament begins automatically.

Yes, but only until the tournament reaches 80% of its required field size. Once 80% of the required field has been reached, registration becomes locked and players can no longer withdraw.

An Open tournament has a predetermined starting time. It starts at the scheduled time regardless of how many players have registered. Players can withdraw until 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. After that point, registration is locked.

If you withdraw within the permitted period, you receive 100% of your entry fee back immediately. The full amount of Credits is returned to your MIMIC Wallet. There are no withdrawal fees or deductions.

Yes. MIMIC tournaments use an Open Decklist system. When a new round is published, the Tournament Center displays your opponent's registered decklist. You can therefore check the deck your opponent registered before and during your match.

Open Decklists create a more transparent competitive environment. Both players know exactly which decklist has been registered and can compare the cards being played against that registered list. This also provides a clear basis for reporting potential decklist discrepancies.

If you believe your opponent has played: • a card that does not appear in their registered decklist; or • more copies of a card than are registered in their decklist; you should collect evidence and report the issue through the dedicated match chat. The report should include the relevant screenshots and the match information.

You should provide screenshots that clearly demonstrate the discrepancy. Depending on the situation, useful evidence may include: • the card being played; • the opponent's graveyard showing multiple copies; • the opponent's hand, when it was legitimately revealed during the game; • other visible game-state information that helps establish what happened. Screenshots should contain enough of the Arena interface and game state to allow the situation to be properly verified.

No. Different screenshots may represent different moments in the game. For example, if you previously saw one copy of a card in your opponent's hand and several turns later see three copies in their graveyard, that does not automatically prove that four copies existed simultaneously. Reports are evaluated based on what the available evidence can actually establish. MIMIC will not treat uncertain or temporally ambiguous evidence as a confirmed violation.

The report is reviewed against: • the registered decklist; • the submitted evidence; • the relevant game state; • the information available in the match. If the discrepancy is positively verified, the appropriate Game Loss is applied. If the evidence is insufficient to establish the violation, no Game Loss is automatically assigned.

A confirmed Game Loss is applied to the game currently being played, and the match result continues from the updated score. For example: • if the first game is awarded as a Game Loss, the match becomes 1–0; • if the reporting process occurs during the second game after the first game has already been won by the opponent, the Game Loss applies to the second game and the match becomes 2–0; • if the result is already 1–0 and the violation results in a Game Loss for the second game, the match concludes 2–0. The Game Loss does not reset the match or restart previous games.

If a decklist discrepancy is confirmed, the player must present and use their registered decklist for the following game, according to the tournament procedure. The purpose is to ensure that the player continues the match with the deck that was actually registered.

Every MIMIC match has a 70-minute timer. The timer is displayed in the Tournament Center.

Players should submit and confirm the final result of their match. If one player has not confirmed the result, an additional 5-minute confirmation period begins.

Yes. Both players are expected to confirm the match result. The result is officially registered when both players confirm it.

If the first 70 minutes expire and both players have not confirmed the result, a further 5 minutes are provided. If, after those additional 5 minutes, the second player still has not confirmed the result, MIMIC automatically registers the result submitted by the first player. This prevents a player from blocking tournament progression simply by refusing to confirm a result, closing the game or disconnecting.

The same procedure applies. After the 70-minute match timer and the additional 5-minute confirmation period, the result submitted by the first player is automatically registered if the other player has not confirmed it.

Once all results from the current round have been registered, a 2-minute review period begins. Players can use this time to check the standings and the completed round. After the 2 minutes expire, MIMIC automatically generates the next round and its new pairings.

No. Once the previous round has been fully resolved and the 2-minute review period has ended, the next round starts automatically with the new pairings.

The Tournament Center contains the instructions for setting up the required Challenge on MTG Arena. The instructions are available directly inside the tournament so that players do not need to search elsewhere for the procedure.

Yes. The Tournament Center provides the relevant instructions for setting up your match and finding your opponent on Arena.

The Tournament Center is the central control area for your tournament match. Depending on the tournament stage, it can show: • your opponent; • your opponent's Open Decklist; • match information; • match timer; • result submission; • result confirmation; • standings; • next-round information; • pairing information; • Arena Challenge instructions; • match chat; • report/evidence submission.

Credits are the reward and value unit used within the MIMIC ecosystem. Tournament entry fees and tournament rewards are expressed in Credits. When you win Credits in a tournament, they become redeemable through MIMIC's partner-store system.

Tournament winnings are issued immediately when the tournament ends and the final results have been registered. The player receives a coupon corresponding to the Credits won.

You can redeem your Credits through participating MIMIC partner stores within your eligible geographical region. You choose the store and then agree with that store on the product you want to purchase.

Every partner store has a public store page on MIMIC. The store page contains its own redemption instructions, which may include: • its website; • Cardmarket username; • other marketplace accounts; • contact information; • ordering instructions; • delivery instructions; • or other procedures required by that particular store. Once you have agreed with the store on the product and the purchase procedure, you submit your coupon to the store through MIMIC. The store then redeems the coupon and provides the product. Depending on the store, delivery may be: • shipped to you; or • handed to you directly at the physical store.

Yes. Players are entitled to the full value of the Credits they win when redeeming them with eligible partner stores.

Yes. MIMIC is designed to provide a competitive home not only for players, but also for Creators, Pro Players and Creator & Pro Players. These users can have their own presence and competitive circuits on the platform.

Yes. Pro Players can participate in the MIMIC ecosystem and can also organize their own competitive experiences where enabled.

MIMIC supports both roles. A user can register as: • Creator • Pro Player • Creator & Pro Player This allows MIMIC to serve the entire spectrum of people building and participating in competitive TCG communities.

The fundamental reward redemption mechanism is the same. Credits won through: • the TCG MIMIC Official Circuit; • a Creator circuit; • a Pro Player circuit; • or a Creator & Pro Player circuit follow the same basic redemption mechanism. Individual Creators, Pro Players and Creator & Pro Players may introduce their own additional incentives, bonuses or special rewards at their discretion.

No. Redemption is limited to the player's macro geographical region. Europe European players can redeem with participating European stores. USA & Canada Players in the United States and Canada can redeem with participating US and Canadian stores. Mexico Mexican players can redeem with participating Mexican stores.

MIMIC's store ecosystem is organized by macro region. This allows each region to operate within its own local store network and delivery/commerce environment.

Yes. MIMIC includes a marketplace where users can buy and sell TCG cards.

No. Marketplace transactions are restricted to the user's eligible macro geographical region. For example: • European users transact within the European marketplace; • US/Canadian users transact within the US/Canadian marketplace; • Mexican users transact within the Mexican marketplace.

No. Coupons are not divisible. For example: You have a 60-Credit coupon and purchase a product worth 40 Credits. The remaining 20 Credits are forfeited.

You can still purchase it. For example: Coupon: 60 Credits Product: 70 Credits You can agree with the store on how to pay the additional 10 Credits. The additional amount is paid directly to the store.

Yes. Coupons are cumulative. For example: • Coupon A = 40 Credits • Coupon B = 60 Credits Total = 100 Credits You can submit both coupons to the same store toward a purchase of at least 100 Credits.

The same non-divisibility rule applies. For example: Coupons: 40 + 60 = 100 Credits If the product costs 90 Credits: 10 Credits are forfeited. If the product costs 100 Credits: No additional payment is required. If the product costs 110 Credits: 10 Credits are paid directly to the store.

The competitive year is divided into four seasons: • ❄️ Winter • 🌸 Spring • ☀️ Summer • 🍂 Autumn

Starting with the Winter Season 2027, beginning January 1, 2027, every competitive season will contribute toward qualification for the MIMIC Cup.

The MIMIC Cup is the ultimate competitive destination of the MIMIC ecosystem. The seasonal competitive system will provide a pathway toward qualification. The complete qualification structure, requirements and additional details will be announced separately.

Use the match report system. Do not attempt to resolve a suspected decklist violation through arguments or by interfering with the match. Submit the evidence through the dedicated match chat so it can be reviewed.

No automatic Game Loss is assigned solely on the basis of an inconclusive report. MIMIC's system is designed around verifiable evidence, not assumptions.

Reports should only be submitted when there is a genuine reason to believe a discrepancy has occurred. Abuse of the reporting system may itself be subject to MIMIC's competitive rules and disciplinary procedures.
